The Choral

As WWI rages on, the choral society in a small English town has lost most of its men to the army. The choral's committee is determined to press ahead wth new recruits. They engage a driven new chorus master, Dr. Henry Guthrie - recently returned from a career in Germany. As conscription papers start to arrive, the community discovers that the best response to the war is to make music together.
