Everybody's Fine
When recently retired widower Robert De Niro's grown children cancel a family reunion, he decides to take an impromptu cross-country journey to reconnect with each of them. Expecting to share in the joys of their happy, successful lives, his surprise visits reveal a picture that's far from perfect. A family separated by physical and emotional distance, the meetings with his kids - Vegas dancer (Drew Barrymore), Chicago ad exec (Kate Beckinsale), and classical musician (Sam Rockwell) - bring up some unexpected truths about all of their lives in this bittersweet drama based on the 1990 Italian film, 'Everybody's Fine' ('Stanno Tutti Bene'), by Giuseppe Tornatore.
