The Texas Rangers
When three outlaws barely escape after committing a stagecoach robbery, they saddle up their horses and head south to Texas, where two of them go undercover as lawmen in the Texas Rangers. They pass valuable information to their buddy until the good guy stuff starts rubbing off on them; tthen they alone can stop their errant friend. Fred MacMurray and Jack Oakie star in this excellent shoot-em-up Western, based on a short story and directed by King Vidor ('Duel in the Sun', 'Stella Dallas').
