The Hardy Boys and Nancy Drew Mysteries
Beginning as two separate shows in 1978, Nancy Drew and the Hardy Boys alternated in the same time slot each week. Eventually the casts combined until Nancy was dropped altogether by Season 2. Based on characters created in 1927 by Edward Stratemeyer, he could not have forseen the flares and blow-waves that would come. '70s teen crime-busting at its zenith.
