Two For The Money
After suffering a career-ending injury, former college football star Brandon Lang (Matthew McConaughey) finds he has a talent for picking winning football bets. He aligns himself with renowned gambling impresario Walter Abrams (Al Pacino) who introduces him to a glitzy, money-drenched lifestyle, but when his gift falters the two embark on a cat and mouse game to out-wit each other. Style-heavy and plot-light, this is worth catching for Pacino's grandiose scenery-chomping and also stars Jeremy Piven and Rene Russo as the thankless Mrs Abrams.
